Using this website

These terms apply to your use of the Limo Business Solutions website and its downloadable products. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms applicable to that use or purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the products.

Any additional product-specific terms presented before purchase form part of the order. Consulting requires a separate agreement covering the work to be performed.

Digital products and access

Products are described on their individual pages. The Corporate Account Sales Kit contains editable Word documents and an Excel workbook. The 90-Day Limo Business Turnaround Workbook contains a fillable PDF and an Excel calculator pack.

These are downloadable learning and working materials. They do not include live instruction, video lessons, software integration, or consulting unless the product description expressly says otherwise. No physical goods are shipped.

You are responsible for using suitable software, saving your files, and keeping a backup. Review the file requirements before purchasing.

Prices, checkout, and delivery

The price and applicable charges shown at checkout are the amounts you are asked to pay. Purchases are completed through the linked checkout service. Review the product, price, email address, and order terms before completing payment.

Follow the delivery instructions provided with your completed order. For a missing delivery, incorrect file, or other order problem, contact us with the product name and order reference. Do not send payment-card details.

License to use the materials

A purchase permits you to use the materials within one business for its own training and operations. You may customize the included outreach and proposal templates and share your completed business communications with your own prospects and clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or give away the original files or use them to create a competing product for sale. Keep working copies and backups for your permitted use. The purchase transfers a right to use the materials, not ownership of the underlying content.

Your decisions and responsibilities

Use accurate information when completing templates and calculators. Check the assumptions, figures, formulas, proposed rates, and statements you intend to rely on. You remain responsible for your customer commitments, operating decisions, communications, and compliance obligations.

The materials provide business education and organizational tools. They do not guarantee sales, profitability, cost savings, or a successful business turnaround. Results depend on your circumstances and execution. Obtain qualified advice for legal, tax, accounting, employment, insurance, or regulatory decisions when needed.

Consulting services

A website inquiry does not book a session or create a consulting engagement. Any consulting work begins only after the scope, fees, timing, and other service terms have been agreed in writing. Buying a downloadable product does not include consulting.

Order issues and refunds

Contact us promptly if you cannot access a purchased file or believe your order was incorrect. We will review the issue and the purchase terms that apply to the order.

Any refund or cancellation conditions displayed before purchase apply subject to your rights under applicable law. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsible site use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the site to violate the rights of others. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
